  • Ongoing supervision following completion of 1600 hours prior to completion of all requirements for Registration (“Form B”)
  • One all-inclusive fee, distributed over the duration of your Provisional hours.

We are experienced in several therapeutic approaches (i.e., cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, Ericksonian approaches, Gottman approach, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, structural-strategic therapy, etc.), types of assessment (cognitive, custody-access, parenting), and have worked and/or supervised in a variety of settings (child and adolescent mental health [day treatment, family therapy centre, residential treatment, and school-based programs]), employee assistance programs, special education schools, and private practice. They are experienced with individuals of all ages, couples, and families. Some supervision hours may also apply toward Clinical Fellow status in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and/or the Registered Marriage and Family Therapist credential with the Canadian Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Depending on mutual interests, supervision of applied research may be available.

In the last few years, Jeff has taught several courses in clinical supervision, including:

  • Advanced Clinical Supervision in Psychology, a certificate course offered by The University of Calgary’s Werklund School of Education (Educational Studies in Psychology), and the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta (PAA)
  • PAA’s Clinical Supervision Level 1: Foundational Knowledge
  • Fundamentals of Marriage and Family Supervision for the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy
  • and intensive training for various sponsors organizations such as a large child and youth mental health agency and a provincial health authority.
  • Jeff has presented supervision workshops for the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta, the Counselling Psychology Section of Canadian Psychological Association, and the Ontario Psychological Association.

Jeff’s 30-hour live and on-demand training sponsored by Leading Edge Seminars drops in September 2023. He is also a Supervision Consultant for the College of Alberta Psychologists where he also serves on the Supervision Review Committee, the supervision columnist for the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta (PAA), author and curator of the PAA’s supervision course, and serves on the supervision oversight committee of the Canadian Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

We are taking a hiatus from accepting new Provisionals until January 2024 to renew ourselves and implement some new ideas we have picked up at some great workshops and trainings we’ve attended recently. Please contact us if this date aligns with your needs.
